What the starting price includes
Starting price includes the first hour within our core Philadelphia service area. Extended-area travel is quoted beforehand based on distance, the equipment required and the scope of the job.
Final pricing is provided after inspection. Parts, extensive damage, prior repair attempts, travel requirements and custom fabrication may affect the estimate. No major work or parts purchases begin without your approval.

Repairs, drop-offs and mobile appointments serve Philadelphia and qualifying surrounding areas. On-site availability and travel pricing depend on distance, the equipment we need to carry and the scope of the job. Extended-area appointments—including Northeast Philadelphia and surrounding communities—are available for qualifying projects. Larger installations, such as full-home smart technology and networking projects, may qualify for expanded service coverage.

Custom PCs can be commissioned from anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping, insurance and any special packaging are quoted separately and must be approved before the build begins.
